Our highly skilled clinical nutritionists and dieticians at Pranaam provide a holistic approach to advise appropriate diet through counselling and carefully curated dietary plans tailored to the patient’s food preferences and lifestyle, to ensure the best possible outcome to combat various or specific nutrition-related diseases and live well-rounded lives.

FAQs

Eating foods cooked from scratch is one of the best ways to improve your health. If this isn't possible, try to buy foods that are minimally processed, like roasted chicken as opposed to sausage, baked potatoes instead of chips, or fresh fruit instead of fruit snacks with added sugars. The less processed a food is, the better it is for your health.

Another source of water is from the food we eat, for example watermelon and strawberries contain large amounts of water. Read more information on our fluids facts page.
